@CatherineRussell2 After seeing you with your risotto I decided to give it a go. First time ever. It has worked out better than I expected especially with a little sip of wine that was left over. Jacobs Creek, Sauvignon Blanc AUS wine. I haven't been able to drink because of tablets. Only a week to go. It has been a few decades since I drank white wine. It was very refreshing.
