Funnily enough, most of the #JapaneseFood that we take for granted is actually based on western (or Chinese) food, but modified to suit the Japanese palate. IIRC, sushi is probably one of the very few dishes that can be considered truly Japanese.

Tonight's dinner was perfect for the cool weather thats moved in.
We went from 75F on Saturday, to 35F today.
