So now the #workshop has defrosted I can get back to finishing off a couple of #dovetail boxes I've been working on as #christmas gifts.

One will have a veneered base, using ebonised Ash and looks like possibly cherry.

The other and my favourite is to line the internal base with a fine #japanesefabric and veneer the bottom.
