Tokoron (mascot of Tokorozawa City in Saitama) gets in on the 🐰 action by proxy.
Tokoron is pretty proud of their propellor (yes it spins: this Japanese Attention to Detail afterall) so makes sense they wouldn't hide it under the rabbit ears.

I'll be very late this year (some mascots have a strict cut off date for receiving cards) but I know that Tochisuke will always reply and they always send back more than just a card!
Usually it's stickers of Tochisuke eating fruit, but they've also sent Tochigi City marketing material, buttons and a "key ling" one year :cuteFroggie:
