I know this is supposedly the best way to go about this, but I don't like it at all.

"The rate is between X-Y"
"oh also you will lose about 15 days of furloughed holidays"
"oh also you will need to work east coast hours"
...
"I got a calculator and did the math and I can go to (15% above Y)"
