The #JBHiFi website really is garbage. The "change email address" option in account settings generates a #SQLServer error right on the page. I tried to be helpful and let them know about it, their CS at first denied they offered an option to change email address and when sent a screen shot showing it existed they claimed, rather cryptically, that it was "null and void". Bizarre.
