I am old enough to have observed how retail has changed. I used to be a regular shopper at JCPenney and Macy's (still having Macy's card unused).

Every time I cross the JCPenney storefront in the mall, I feel it is dying 😵

You can blame Amazon. But I have been on Amazon from the beginning and the convenience is great 👍
