It was announced today the #UK is bringing forward their Autumn #COVID #vaccine program given the fast emergence of BA.2.86. This is odd. JCVI know #vaccines reduce COVID-19 death & illness in previously healthy, younger people, incl. #LongCovid. I had #PostViralFatigue from COVID & I know several people with CFS/ME: post-viral conditions are no joke.

They should develop annual nasal #vaccination targeted to recent SARS-CoV-2 variants, at a cost to those at lower risk, i.e. in line with flu for which I'm eligible for free annual jabs. I can't get a further SARS-CoV-2 vaccine!
