Success! After a few years of failure we finally got a crop of Jerusalem Artichokes. This time I planted them in containers with some good drainage as previous years they rotted in the ground - and this year would have been even worse with the constant and torrential rain. Saved some in wood shavings to plant in the Spring and left some in the soil in the containers as well.
Roasting these with olive oil tonight as part of dinner.
