Zu Alt für bestimmte Aufgaben? Schau dir Eli an, der zwar blind und in hohem Alter – trotzdem „am Zelt der Zusammenkunft“ saß, als der Bote den Sieg der Philister meldete!
Bei Jehovah gibt es kein „zu Jung“ oder „zu Alt“ sondern nur eine Begrenzung, an der harte Arbeit (wie zum Beispiel das Schächten der Tiere, das Opfern der Tiere am heißen Altar) – Dinge, die ER nur innerhalb der „kräftigen Zeit des Menschen“ gebot.

Aber schauen wir uns den einzelnen Vers 3 an
Sowohl Eli als auch Mirijam hatten sich „ihre Aufgabe“ nicht selbst ausgesucht – sondern waren in ihre Aufgabe hineingewachsen und von Jehovah selbst dazu ausgewählt! Niemand in der Bibel, der sich selbst in eine Aufgabe berufen fühlte, wurde von Jehovah dort bestätigt!
