I was overweight many years, due to working irregular ( night-) shifts. That finished in 2014.
I always worked with many Asians, and got into Kdrama 2009.
Things learned from DJG and taking interest in TCM made me go down from 116 to 86 kilos.
Not 100% fanatic, but with all foodhabits you can implement certain rules/facts.
DJG outbeats all Jamies, Gordons and Nigella's 🙂

Besides this drama being a rare "everything fits" production, it's influence on foodhabbits worldwide has been tremendous,
DJG is not mentioned in the official journals , but several side-stories.

The serie was tophit all over Asia and other parts in the world , and a kick-off for Korean's popularity.

In the Netherlands, every Asian restaurant I asked if they know DJG:" Ofcourse !"

This drama is in my small list of AA-dramas.
Every episode feels like a complete film by itself .
Drama, cast, music, story , suspense, romance , enotions: Flying high, diving deep !

In 4:3 format still, but after first episode you're "in".

Based on how a little orphan girl grows up, to become private doctor of King Jungjong in 16th C.

Some sites you find with Google are good, some are tricky. Never had a virus, but some lot's of pop-ups.
But also possibilities for download.

In the Netherlands it is only Netflix as official channel for Korean/ Asian film.
But some countries in Europe have other channels.

There are more very good long dramas based on real history.
