My Bubble Ethel started a pickle business here in Philadelphia.She sold pickles from a push cart YEARS LATER it was sold to Vlasic and some of my relatives got rich.

When the Jewish Bakers came from the old country and opened bakeries, the rye was fermented in oak troughs.There were men who specific job was to take care of the sourdough .
