If you, like me, are boycotting the #DeYoung because of their campaign to ruin the #JFKPromenade, know that it’s free to Bay Area residents every Saturday. If you go for free and don’t buy anything in the cafe or book shop (and don’t pay for any special exhibitions), you’re good in my book.

Nick Sousanis made a mini-comic about the importance of car-free streets for Safety, Community, & Climate. It covers a lot of #SanFrancisco projects (#JFKpromenade & Page #SlowStreet), but it's intended to raise awareness of how others can work to build slow streets in their cities.
