I saved #JimMoir's #Birds so that I would have something restful to read during the festivities, and it properly hit the spot.

Jim Moir understands birds on a different level. As Chris Packham points out in the foreword, he looks at them so intensely that he knows how they feel. At times, the eye looking out from the page has a near human quality to it.
