A number of people are posting about Lemmy. I assume they are talking about the link aggregator for the fediverse, a useful software package to be sure. When you say Lemmy, I would assume you all are talking about the late Lemmy Kilmister of Motörhead or even the Windows vi clone Lemmy that I still use wen editing text files on my Windows PC. Of course when you say Lemmy, pictured is who I really think you all are talking about.

I love how my cat will sit in front of her chair and you can see her performing all of the trigonometric and logarithmic functions comparing static, dynamic and quantum mechanical force equations to see if she can make it onto her chair and then all she does is take the smallest of leaps and makes a perfect landing with no effort. All that work and a perfect no effort landing.

A friend of mine is telling me how he's at work and he found out his girl husky got out of the yard, at 2:00 in the morning. The family found her soon enough, but when I hear of a pet getting loose, it's nice to be able to look next to my desk and see my girl Lemmy sleeping on the floor. She was sleeping in her chair, but she got down on the floor and fell asleep. Real tough life she lives.

Normally when Kat goes to bed a little after 11:00, Lemmy goes in the bedroom with her. Tonight she is honoring me with her presence. She's been asleep on her chair for a couple hours, and even asleep she's good company.
