Finished my “chibap”! Yummy! It is a bit heavier fare with the breaded chicken and sweet cooking syrup…I want my tofu gimbap to balance it out 😁. Mayo is a nice tangy balance. I bought a new mayo brand (kewpie) recently, and it goes great with this!

So far no one has been able to teach me the rice/knuckle trick where you always get the right amount of water for cooking rice… taehyung may get close because I can rewind. We’ll see. I cook my rice in a instant pot though, so I’m not sure the knuckle truck. #JinnysKitchen #taehyung

Taehyung is such a good fried chicken cook now! He was so happy when that last group who dined in told him they loved the chicken. Seojun, Wooshik and Yumi were knackered after cooking and serving all day. Poor guys, hahaha. #JinnysKitchen
