I built an #AWS #CloudFormation resource type in #Java that you can use to search your resources supported by AWS Cloud Control API (AWS::EC2::VPC, ...), against a #JMESPath query you provide, & get the resource ID with Fn::GetAtt if one result is found: https://github.com/aws-cloudformation/community-registry-extensions/blob/main/resources/Resource_Lookup/README.md
