I've had an epiphany. Week 4 of #Job2 and I still feel unsettled. Realised it's because there are no processes in place. I need a flowchart, a list, a 'when this happens do this' instruction manual. I'm just not a #SeatOfYourPants kinda gal. #ProcessPlanning is my next goal!

Today, the lovely Ukrainian lady who shares the vicarage at #Job2 gave me a slice of her TWELVE layered #cake with my cuppa. I should have taken a pic… But I scoffed it. It was #delicious
