So job hunting in 2023 blows. Why use things like #Indeed and then turn around and demand a paper application? I'm just puzzled and frustrated. If all that information is already provided in the online app, why then force unnecessary paperwork for both parties? Is it just to test the resolve of a candidate? I'm just mystified. I'm a big fan of physical copy when it comes to media, but job applications shouldn't be one of those things. Just. Ugh. Why. #jobhuntingsucks

Ffs, learn to write job ads, people. 🙄 A list of computer programs and garbage jargon like "fast-paced," "can work as part of a team," "is organized," and "detail-oriented" all mean NOTHING. It does not tell me what I will be doing all day.
