My #Redhat followers and friends, my recent #JobHuntingWithIan news has me ending up in a place with Windows workstations (sob) and Redhat servers.

Should I play with @fedora, @centos or @rockylinux (or other) to start learning how Redhat does things different to Ubuntu?

In the final stretch of #JobHuntingWithIan as I playing a waiting game to see if the other offer comes in before the deadline for the one on the table.

And now one of those other processes is an interview at 9:30am on Monday.

Seems the bigger an organisation is the more drawn out the job application/interview(s) process is. This doesn't quite suit me right now.

In the latest #JobHuntingWithIan, although I came away from a chat with a recruiter more positive than others, I am more than a little bit over the "you have a range of skills and experiences, but we just don't know what to do with you."

Ugh, not excited to be job hunting the same time as a bunch of other layoffs are going on. Only so many places that can 'snap up' people whose jobs are being made redundant.
