The amount of job adverts in the social media sector I see with 'Competitive' or even worse, 'Excellent' salary is really infuriating. 😤

New York recently passed a Job Salary Transparency Law so that all businesses or employers have to list “good faith” salary ranges for any posting for a new job, promotion or transfer opportunity for positions.

When can we get that passed over here in the UK? 🙏

I am always so surprised when searching for job roles with the sheer amount that don't list the salary.

I would say about 75% say 'Competitive Salary'

I really do feel companies should at least put a salary bracket so people don't waste their time.

We work hard everyday to find the absolute best roles from companies that list their salaries. This can make our work load a whole lot longer but we do it as we feel it's important.

New York recently passed their 'Pay Transparency Law' which states that companies in New York have to list their salaries on job ads.

We can only hope that this law makes it way around the globe soon.

We would love to list more job vacancies but we wished that companies would list there salary, even if it was a large bracket so candidates know what they are working with.
