This method can also work if you don't know the exact numbers (which is common), in which case you can simply adjust it to say "contributed to XYZ data point by doing ABC over LMNOP time."

The goal with impact points like these isn't to brag or to have someone read it and say, "gosh, I have to hire this person immediately" ...it's to invite further conversation, e.g., "Interesting, I'd like to know more, how did you do that?"

How to iterate a key impact point on your resume using data:

Draft 1: "Handled and resolved inbound support tickets, triaged and resolved internal inbound requests"

Draft 2: "Averaged 50 inbound support tickets per day, triaged and resolved a high number of internal requests"

Draft 3: "Drove 1,000+ inbound support tickets per month to close stage, averaging 50 per day with [CSAT rate, 4 star rating etc.] across areas like X, Y, and Z"

[action verb + number + context/result + over X time]

Usually, it takes a bit of refinement, including writing it up, getting feedback, and re-writing, like the example below...
