Sometimes a game works because it has the right feel, a straightforward story, and a simple system. Not necessarily a perfect system, mind, but solid and simple.

The #LoneWolf Adventure Game that #Cubicle7 released, based on the #JoeDever solo game books, did just that. But it was also a game in a solid, weighty, self-contained starter with nice art.

Ideally, you need the Heroes of Magnamund to make it sing—it really opens up the character options—but I highly recommend it, if you can find it.
