Thrilled to be able to tell y'all I've got a story in Jonathan Maberry's JOE LEDGER: UNBREAKABLE! anthology coming from JournalStone later this year, featuring brand-spanking new stories of the Ledgerverse.

Had a ball writing this creepy cryptids-in-the-woods tale of crime and mutant science. I got to write one of my favorite of the series' characters: Toys! So naturally I dragged the poor ex-villain into the forests of Western Washington, and partnered him up with a cranky female county sheriff/former Army CIC officer working a suspicious drug-bust gone bad.
