got #JohnDurham to admit in front of everyone (it is in the report, too) that Merick Garland gave him full independence to finish his investigation and even supplied additional resources of, for instance, staff, when they were asked for.

@bricin I'm also maybe thinking about this from less of a partisan perspective and more "how best to run our government". These sorts of rules changes, if they persist beyond this Congress, would help progressives like #AOC and #JoeNeguse (and therefore #Boulder residents) to have more of a say when Democrats regain control of the House.
