I’m not against John Gruden being employed by an NFL team, it just needs to be in a non-leadership position due to his demonstrated lack of decency which needs to be contained, so as not to be interpreted by anyone as “the way we do things”. Like, he could be a ball boy or he could run on the field to retrieve a kicking tee, or he could do the laundry. Stuff like that. #NFL #JohnGruden
