I have incredibly strong views on Christmas ads. Thoughts on this year's so far:
Next- the music talking about not needing anything whilst pushing consumerism
M&S- sequin pyjamas & sweet message
Tesco- they desperately tried to edit *s/thing* together. What was the bin dance about?
John Lewis - the twist on an adult instead of a child, then the care angle, just made me cry
ASDA- ruined Elf
Aldi - Kevin ref spot on, trifle tower. Superb work.

All credit to John Lewis for creating a Christmas commercial that genuinely means something and echoes the hardship many may be going through.
It may have no frills and no fuss, but it scores a perfect 10 out of 10 from me.
