"Missing You" is a song co-written and recorded by English musician #JohnWaite. It was released in June 1984 as the #leadSingle from his second album, #NoBrakes (1984). It reached number one on #Billboard's #AlbumRockTracks and on the #Hot100, as well as number 9 on the #UKSinglesChart. "Missing You" was the only record in 1984 to spend only a single week at the top of the Hot 100. The song was nominated for the 1985 #BestPopVocalPerformanceMale Grammy Award.
