One of the first few places that @snares and I checked out in #Johor was BookXcess, this big-ish book store with some pretty looking aesthetics.
Getting there, however, proved to be the first challenge. Taking a ride-share out to where it was proved to be… insightful. There was a lot of space that was begging to be properly utilised.
When we got there, the place was nice but it felt like it could have squeezed in more books. And the cafe was closed too. =(

Singaporeans entering #Johor via the two land checkpoints can now use electronic gate (e-gate) facilities, #Malaysia's home minister said on Friday (Jan 20).
Mr Saifuddin Nasution Ismail said that the move would benefit between 30,000 and 50,000 Singaporeans who visit Johor Bahru for social purposes.
