As a step in setting up on Mastodon, I am doing a test post. Greetings to all fellow Mastodon users, including those (like me) who are newbies. I have long valued #Twitter as a space for #informationsharing and #connection and am mourning its potential demise as a channel for this. I hope that Mastodon or some other social media channel can pick up the baton.
