Alrighty gang, it's time where #jojowrites their review for the show they saw last night.
I have D&D in an hour and a half, but I've had my #adhd meds and I'm fortifying myself with tea, oatmeal with cherries, and a playlist of bangers.

I've joined a writing group! I attended my first monthly meeting last week, during which we shared some writing with the suggested prompt of animal stories.

The short piece I wrote is a monologue about what happens when the flatmate's cat bites off more than it could chew...

Time for Jojo to write again...

I'm joining a monthly writing group, and just finished my first submission! Very excited to meet everyone at the end of the month.

I'm also going to keep working on my primary project, which adapting a piece I started to write as a play into a novella.

I figure I should start trying to populate my #jojowrites tag, so have a sonnet from a while back that I wrote in about 20 minutes about #ADHD brain. It begins thus:

If brains were birds, my brain would be a crow,
Collecting all the shiny things I see.
A hummingbird, it flitters to and fro:
Now here, now there, in every place I'll be.
