@dylan_porcelli I used to use #SailfishOS on #JollaPhone but I eventually got fed up with the lack of applications and problems with the Android app layer, so I jumped ship to Android. It has its own problems though, but generally things work better and for example I can use banking apps that I need.

Updating my Jolla phone for the last time - they stopped making software updates after 7 years of support. I thought the battery was dead but it woke up in charger. Sailfish is still the best mobile OS i have used, far ahead of Android and iOS. #sailfishos #jollaphone

Jolla is celebrating the 5th birthday of the first Sailfish OS (a premium mobile Linux OS) device and published a new blog post, which looks back to the launch in 2013 and the unique features of the phone.

Despite its age, Jolla still supports the phone and provides the latest software updates.
