Food and Drink to Jon Fosse is what Billy's Pan Pizza is to Stieg Larsson. What is it about these Scandinavian writers and their singular obsession with a brand name in their multivolume epics? 🤣

Obviously this is not the takeaway one should have from SEPTOLOGY, which I highly recommend. It is an excellent and often emotionally moving meditation on aging and gratitude. But this is something I have observed!
