The abandoned ship La Grande Hermine in Jordan Harbour near St. Catherines, Ontario. The masts have since been removed, so it doesn't seem nearly as picturesque anymore.

La Grande Hermine, once destined for Niagara Falls to be an upscale restaurant, was abandoned off the shore of Jordan Harbour near St. Catherines, Ontario. Its masts have since been removed for safety.

Just off the shore of Lake Ontario in Jordan Harbour lies an abandoned ship, La Grande Hermine. I saw it every time I passed by on the QEW, but finally I decided to stop and take a closer look. This photo is from Nov 2021 - since then, the mast has been removed.
