I have discovered one reason to remain on Facebook: there's a public group called the Jorts and Jean Appreciation Group, just filled with #cat joy and silliness. Really I think the #Caturday crew needs a #Jorts hashtag and a #JortsAndJean hashtag because #JortsMerch is life!

Story: when I was a nurse in NYC, the nursing home asked me to be a member of the union committee responsible for contract negotiation. I had never had anything to do with the union but it was explained: “You don’t have to do anything. But men are taken more seriously than women, we need you there because you’re male.” I agreed.
