I also have a later life #adhd diagnosis (at 49) and I’m still sorting through various griefs and trying to figure out what parts of my personality are masking and what are authentic parts of me.
I almost finished a #journalcomic about how I figured out that I have ADHD but I got distracted by something else 🤷🏽♂️
