Really looking forward to the shower tile person coming on Friday and hopefully having our primary bathroom shower back this weekend. Not looking forward to finding and paying someone to come out and fix the drywall on the ceiling in the kitchen and paint. #joysofhomeownership

Fence replacement project is underway and finishing up this afternoon. The last one was a cedar fence. It stood for roughly 15 years before being consumed by ivy and then blowing over (well, almost). This new one will be tested on its first night in new cement. With 25 mph wind gusts and below freezing temperatures. Should be fine since it is a "cyclone" fence.
