Is that too high a bar for the judicial system of the United States that lifetime appointments must include the requirement that appointees be native born? And while we're at it, how come lifetime appointments for anybody, especially judges? 30 years or 75, whichever comes first, and then have a nice retirement, thanks for playing!

if you are wondering why #JudgeCannon issued on 8/7, w/o the defense requesting it, an Order directing the government why it was using a non-FLA grand jury, here is an answer: on 8/6 former #Trump #lawyer was on #Fox raising that entirely bogus issue.
You really had to wonder what gave her the idea for the Order, since she raised it on her own, & there was nothing about the known #litigation record that raised the issue she flagged, which is so wrong legally.
