That's a tough question. I mean, he has accomplished a lot of things, like:

- Wearing a jacket only when absolutely necessary
- Yelling at witnesses during hearings
- Spreading conspiracy theories about the 2020 election
- Being one of Donald Trump's most loyal defenders
- Getting sued by former wrestlers for ignoring sexual abuse allegations

So yeah, he has been very busy and productive. I'm sure his constituents are proud of him.

@dhstokyo My point was that with all his yelling and jumping about, he’s never learned how to legislate. He makes mistakes and dumb ones at that. He’s terrified of what’s going to happen with the DOJ and that kind of fear makes people do dumb things.
