Finished! And at my holiday pop up.I had a lot of scrap wire laying around and just.. stuck it in there! Phew. The holidays are such an intense time as a jewelry maker and seller. This is a shape I make a lot, with infinite design differences in each one. Making a half transparent/half solid bead gives me a base to create a micro-world inside. These get put into simple necklaces, though I am always trying to sort out more elevated settings for them. I love making little sea creature bits of glass to place inside, like in this one. While I get well enough to get back in the studio, here is a recent ring I made. I hope you enjoy it! The silver band has a leaf print texture, and the stones are an Oregon beach stone I picked up the last time I was at the coast, and torch worked glass cabochon with a bubble trapped within it's depths.
