For lower income #indochina nation-states that fall w/in the river basin funding assistance for #environmental 'advancement' is welcome news, and a potential boon for reducing #PM25-related #risk & #impact. One key concern is whether this help will change decision-making prejudice that currently favours #fossilfuel sources?
