Dear friends! I am looking for some leads for helping a couple of #juniordevs that have a non-traditional career path to get into the industry. This seems like a real challenge!

Does anyone know who is #hiring #junior #webdevs without experience, or has an #internship / #apprenticeship that doesn't require a college enrollment?
