Where do you find your judges? Cornflakes boxes? Makes the user of the word #jurisprudence somewhat #pointless doesn't it?

Attention world: the gov of the USA, also called the supreme Court has been found wanting in the intellect department. Some questions also over ethics and anything to do with displays of intelligence.

Here's a little thought experiment for some lucky Public Choice / Law & Econ guru needing a topic for that next article, and willing to jettison all of their friendships in the field:

"What level of taxation on legislator income from all sources would be sufficient, in a state of equilibrium, to offset the social cost of normalizing the sale of legislator votes?"
