#justbeatit How to Say Goodbye.

Beautiful little topper which is more story focused than throwing insane complicated puzzles at you. It’s a sad story about loss and letting go.

The mechanic is sliding characters and objects on sort of conveyor belt tiles. Which is a lot less frustrating than it looks, I never once got stuck on a puzzle if that’s even possible.

The game rocks a beautiful artstyle and has a fitting OST. Maybe the only complaint is that I wanted more.

#justbeatit The Ultimate Doom.

I hate to say it but the level design in this game is rough. The first episode is fun but after it becomes mazes, requires you to throw yourself in the lava and find secrets to progress. There’s a lot of useless rooms. The 1st maps are a drag killing high level enemies with just a gun. It isn’t even difficult just annoying tbh. It’s like playing the level designers sketches. Had fun though.

Technically I need to finish ep4 too but can’t bring myself to it.

#justbeatit Klonoa - Door to Phantomile (remaster). Very cute looking and polished 2.5d platformer. Nice diverse levels with a lot of different mechanics and the bosses where a lot of fun to figure out. Some of the levels where almost mini gated exploration games, which is quite unique. But man why is the story of this game so messed up!?

#justbeatit Lost in Play. Really cute and rather frictionless modern take on the point and click adventure with some puzzle mini-games mixed in. The game looks like you’re playing a cartoon and it’s all animated beautifully. It was a wonderful time and one of those unique games where the whole family liked to watch and help with the puzzles.

Forgot to post this #justbeatit of Looptris Plus. A perfect twist (pun intended) of Tetris for NeoGeo. Would be rad to play this 2p on an actual arcade cab but as is it’s fun too. AI was a bit too easy for experienced #Tetris player though. @polykill
