#justeat are an absolute fucking joke. It's literally impossible to get through to a human, they have no phone numbers or accessible web forms, they do everything in their power to not deal with you.

Bad news in the #food delivery sector:

after an 'experiment' with actually employing its deliver couriers, #JustEat has decided to return to the #gigeconomy model (of its rivals) despite its CEO having said a coupe of years ago that the model 'led to precarious working conditions [and] comes at the expense of society and workers themselves'...

This 'race-to-the-bottom' like pressure is exactly why the delivery market needs properly focussed labour regulation.. Labour should take this up, now

gig economies only work in urban centres like London, where it is quick and affordable to get around. It doesn't work in sprawling rural areas. Hardly any gig deliverers as they can't afford the petrol and collection points are too far to cycle between. So rural areas lose out. businesses like #justeat have no investment vission. Some other company will sweep them aside. They will tap into both an urban and rural market.

Fino a qualche anno fa su youtube trovavi film cult: Gandhi, The Blues Brothers, L'esorcista, Il miglio Verde... produzioni che hanno fatto la storia del cinema.

At 1:30am I had insomnia & was hungry so I ordered a large McCrispy Meal (that's crispy chicken beast with Cheese & iceberg lettuce and black pepper mayo between a sourdough-style sesame bun, large fries and large coke zero) .. 20 mins later it was here thanks #McDonalds & #JustEat it was #yummylicious
