THESE 5 officers will pay for what they did, but what about all the others that don't make the national news?

Maybe the problem is the U.S.'s insistence on using a quasi-military force armed with deadly weaponry to do things like issue traffic tickets, address problematic substance use and deal with inconvenient behavior by unhoused people.
