A man has been charged by the Clay County prosecutor in the shooting of 16-year-old Ralph Yarl. Amazed but so glad to hear it.

Andrew D. Lester, 84, faces charges of first-degree assault and armed criminal action. The assault charge is a class A felony which means Lester faces no less than 10 and up to 30 years or life imprisonment.
