While I start with the much-hyped #JadeCity by #FondaLee, Richard Swan's #JusticeofKings echoes surprisingly. Should the author be able to maintain or even build on the level, I think he has delivered a modern #fantasy classic. I'm interested to know if the author knows the #manga #masterpiece #LoneWolfandCub.
I prefer #thrillers, but there are also some exciting voices in the #fantasy genre.

Still not finished, but I‘m falling in love with Richard Swan‘s #JusticeofKings, and I‘m already looking forward to #TyrannyofFaith (de: #ImNetzdesDämons), the second book in the series. There is a chance they become one of my favorite #Fantasy series.
Excellent characters and beautiful details, very reminiscent of Rome and the Holy Roman Empire. It‘s very political, #religion and fanatism matters!

The book covers are also beautiful!

Is there something like a #HighFantasy #Thriller genre?! So far, I like #JusticeofKings quite a bit.
No Elves, Dwarves or Orcs - only human intrigues and murder. Strong #WFRP #OldWorld vibes. The setting reminds me also a lot of the #HolyRomanEmpire, but without the funny elements of the #GW interpretation.

I especially like the writing perspective. The young female assistant is the storysteller.
