A while back i disassembled old/broken lenses and put them back together with tape and solder. learned some stuff about optics and lenses, but overall the surprises when the film got developed where the most fun. My guess would be a re-release of the Pentax #k1000 and maybe a couple of lens re-releases, like a SMC #takumar 55mm f1.8 or f1.4.

This is from a trip to Chicago during one of the high covid winters, maybe Jan 2021? We drove from Iowa City and rented an #airbnb just to walk around a different block for two days. We discovered Evette's in Lincoln Park & got most of our meals from there. It was a real vacation.
Ev. wasn't quite two. Watching him connect w this local over shared enthusiasm for the vacuumological arts & sciences was a highlight.
