Among other things they find that CISA and ED - the agencies tasked with assisting - have little-to-no interaction with the K-12 community itself regarding cyberattacks (or FWIW other federal partners). I am hopeful that CISA leadership is ready to step up, but have been deeply discouraged by my dialogue with ED. IANAL so can't comment on odds of lawsuit advancing, but I have very mixed feelings about where this tactic might lead (beyond some lawyers making $).
